Self-managed and self-motivated
Knowledge of website design and development, mobile applications, graphic design, and/or identity design strongly recommended
Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent required
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field recommended with M.B.A preferred
Minimum 3+ years experience in sales and marketing

You’d be focused on getting results in an incentive/goal driven environment. The main priority of our Sales Executives are to seek out and generate leads that can be turned into clients for Colorful Studio.
Responsibilities:


Identifying potential high revenue opportunities and prospective clients

Lead generation and conversion

Improving the quality of leads and prospective clients



Maintaining a strong presence in the local marketplace through participation in networking, organizations, and events

Developing and growing his/her own client base using corporate communications, graphic design, sales, and marketing knowledge

Setting accurate client/studio expectations

Building relationships with clients to obtain repeat business



Conducting in-person meetings and presentations over key services, with senior-level executives, prospects, and clients



Maintaining accurate information about clients, prospects, campaigns, leads, and sales tracking




Required Skills:
Direct and B2B sales experience
Ability to effectively use sales management tools
Excellent written and oral communication, proposal development, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
