We are looking for aggressive - business to business - sales professionals to join our new international project - FACEBOOK.

Successful candidates must be able to thrive in an environment that requires a strong desire to be the best in their vertical. To succeed you must be a person who thrives in a fast paced, competitive, constantly changing industry. You must be an individual who is driven by obtaining personal goals. Sales representatives will use the provided database to call new leads for the purpose of developing a buying relationship. They will be evaluated on their ability to meet Lead quotas and profile targets, developing accounts and quickly producing leads.

They will be tasked with increasing leads within their assigned vertical, initiating daily contact with their potential clients via telephone and e-mail and introducing these clients to the Facebook product line.

All contacts with potential clients must be documented for the purpose of evaluating the database. Process leads that meet the requirements set by the client and forward to the client's fulfillment location.

Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values.

Requirements
- Native in Danish.
- High level of English.
- Minimum 1 year solid sales experience in B2B
- Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Superior listening skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
- Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment.
- Detail and follow up oriented.
- Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.
- Proven sales track record.
Salary: 18.000 € - 27.000 € gross/year

Job Responsibility :

1.Making cold calls.

5.Providing demonstration of the vehicle (6 step demonstration). 

6.Offering Finance quotation, Performa invoice, Accessories to the customers. 

7.Following up with the customers. 

8.Maintaining Enquiry Management Diary.

 9.Providing accurate status of the vehicle through EMD’S through the Team Leader. 

10.Generating enquiry through referrals. 

11.Explanation of vehicle during the time of the delivery. 

12.Retailing and delivering the vehicle. 

13.Coordinating with the delivery in-charge to check the status of the vehicle to be delivered. 

14.Introducing the customer to the General Manager Sales/Service, Customer Relation Manager and the C.E.O. 

15.Strengthening customers trust by making post sales follow-ups.  

 

Candidate profile:

1. Only Male candidates. 

2. Minimum 6 months of Sales Expereince. 

3. Graduate in any field.   

4. The person must possess Good Communication Skills, Convincing Ability and willing to travel.

Experienced Field Sales Executive

Due to continued investment and expansion the Munros Group of Companies are currently seeking applications by suitably qualified persons to undertake the full time, permanent role of Field Sales Executive for our Commercial Waste Recycling Division

The role shall consist of the acquisition of new business customers, the retention and development of existing business customers.

Candidates must have a proven successful field sales record, have a smart professional approach, strong presentation skills, and well developed interpersonal skills, be computer literate and hold a full UK driving license.

Experience in the Waste Industry would be preferred but not essential as full training shall be given.
