PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Employment Type: Full Time
Monthly Salary: 3500GBP and above depending on level of experience
Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English
Years of Work Experience: One year minimum
Benefits: Accommodation, Relocation allowance, transportation allowance, one hour of lunch break(meal) every day, six (6) weeks paid annual leave every year, fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave per calendar year.

Assist the Lettings Manager in maximising the overall income and profitability of the branch.

Maintain regular contact with the company’s clients.

Ensure all appointments are entered into the office diary.

 
Process tenant applications in accordance with company policy.

Qualify landlords and tenants according to company policy and in particular in accordance with the information required for completion of tenant and landlord cards/forms.

Ensure all sign ups are dealt with efficiently and explanations are provided to tenants where necessary.

Ensure all tenants are aware of their insurance responsibilities and endeavour to sell suitable insurance at every opportunity.

Carry out viewings and property visits in a professional and efficient manner when required.

Ensure you comply at all times with all legislative requirements and company directives, policies and procedures.

Carry out ad hoc projects at the request of your Manager and others as and when required.





Skills required



Previous customer service experience is essential.

Target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.

Enthusiastic

Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.

Highly organised.

Team Player

Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.

Ability to work to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.

Ability to effectively and efficiently use Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.

Be a car owner with a full (preferably clean) driving licence.

The Director of Sales works directly with buyers and local brokers to promote the community and project.  He or she continuously works toward building a network of referrals to advance business. Additionally, this person ensures that all sales practices, files, and records are in compliance with generally approved and accepted practices as well as all local, state, and federal laws.

This person has a role of liaison between the sales team, developer and DMB Realty Network ensuring that all teams are consistently informed on all sales activities.  This person is held accountable for the sales team’s knowledge of product, pricing and incentive programs, database entries, follow up processes, attendance, and appearance.  He/she is responsible of informing the necessary individuals when training, additional space and/or equipment is needed.
