Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering, environmental science, or similar

Experience in wastewater treatment plants and ideally in membrane technology

Experience and proven track record for developing and achieving sales targets

Experience understanding customer requirements and then selling the technical solution 

Experience in working with sales distribution channels

Interest and enjoyment to work with people of different cultures

Fluency in speech and writing – German and English

Desire and ability to travel in Europe and internationally
